My Travel Story

I am struggling financially.
Things have been rather difficult since I got fired from my job on 2022.
I have huge debts to pay, monthly bills and food, rent and utilities to pay.
I live in Cape town and work remotely. Right now I am doing freelance part time jobs to pay alot of expenses.
I have not visited my family in the other province-Durban for almost going on 2 years now because I cannot afford the cost of domestic flights.
My mom of 83 years of age live with my older sister who takes care of her and my brother who is disabled. Yesterday a very serious medical emergency happened where my brother suffered a stroke at home-he visited the hospital yesterday and is now home on medication and will go for therapy in the coming days for the broken leg.
We communicate weekly visa whats app video calls but would be nice to visit personally and spend some time with her and make her feel special.
Flights to Durban is not affordable anymore-one has to also arrange transport from airport to airport from home to destination.
I feel as though I am drowning in dept each month. Pray things will be ok.
Life is short-do not want to one regret why I did not visit or not to leave things for being too late. Mom has heart condition and is diabetic. I wish someone can help make things easy. I lost my dad because I was not in the country years ago as I was working overseas. I was not there in funeral. I do not want the same to happen again. I am now in the same country but strugglying financially. I pray to god, I will get the opportunity to travel on a flight to durban to visit my mom. Do not want to lose out on last moment
