This trip would be a blessing as it will impact my business start-up idea and will bring me closer to my dream, this would produce more research about my local dishes and help produce best-tasting dishes. This trip would also connect me with locals that I might need further down the line to produce products that I might not be able to shop from supermarkets which in return would contribute to their livelihood, families and feed their kids. I am passionate about this business because I want the world to see and have a great taste of Africa. I choose this destination because I am a born Sierra Leonean who left the country at the age of 8, I have always been crying to go back but am still unfortunate enough to go back, through my yearning to reconnect with my country I started looking into its matter and wanted to create something to replace the void, as under the brand name states (sierra Leonean) says it all. It would be a dream come true, and it will feel great to reconnect and give something back to the community and contribute something positive.
