My name is Joan Rose, from the Philippines. I've been planning to travel to European countries by the beginning of next year. It has been one of my bucket lists to visit these countries ever since I was a child. I've always been fascinated by the history of superpower countries during their glorious days, like Roman Empire, and Greek Empire, and other historic events like the French Revolution, The German Occupation, and so on. 

I became more interested when I had the experience of tasting the food/ingredients from these countries, especially the quality and luxurious taste of each country.  The combination of history, knowledge and experience is even more enticing to me. 

I am hoping that I can get a little help from you to make this dream come true.
