My Travel Story

This trip will broaden my knowledge as well as  to help create awareness about natural therapies used amongst the indigenous people.  Me and my partner are already impactful in introducing cultural ways of approaching healing and natural living. We realized during the past three years of helping people with health and wellness that knowledge of self care is not practice as a life style and that there was a gap between indigenous people and modern society as far as plants usage in wellness. Puerto Rico is very fertile, tropical and easy to get to from the mainland. This project is meaningful to me as it is helping myself to learn and to share what I have learned with others to help change lives for the best.
