Hi everyone!

My name is Geylin Diaz, and I want to share with you an important part of my life and my dreams. Six years ago, I made the brave decision to leave my home in Venezuela in search of new opportunities in Peru. I arrived with hopes and the determination to build a better future for myself and to be able to help my loved ones from here, including my two most loyal companions: Orion, my 4-year-old cat I rescued from the streets, and Khloe, my 7-year-old emotional support dog who came with me from Venezuela.

Since we arrived in Peru, I've followed all the rules, been an active part of the community, and worked hard to support us. However, the reality is that after facing xenophobia and mistreatment during these years, I find myself in the difficult situation of wanting to migrate again, this time to Europe or the United States, in search of safety and stability for my family of 3.

The major obstacle we face is the cost of taking my furry companions with me. The requirements for traveling with pets are expensive, and currently, the necessary documents for Orion and Khloe to join us in this new stage range between $650 and $750 each. Additionally, the fares for them range between $200 and $350 depending on the airline.

My pets aren't just animals; they're my family, my confidants, and my joys in difficult times. I can't imagine my life without them, and leaving them behind is not an option.

That's why I'm reaching out to you with humility and hope. I'm seeking help to raise funds that will allow us to cover the costs of documentation and fares for Orion and Khloe. Any contribution, no matter how small, will bring us one step closer to our goal.
