I am proud and excited to say that I have been accepted into the summer 2020 therapy abroad program in Belize for Speech-Language Pathology! In this program, I will have the opportunity to have one-on-one time with licensed ASHA speech-language pathologists, experience and observe therapy for school-aged children, participate in group discussions on speech-related topics, meet people from all over the world, and fully submerge myself in the Belizean culture. This 2-week program will allow me to gain the hands on experience, knowledge and confidence I will need to become a future SLP and reach my career goals!
