Were off to London in August, and would love some extra help! We both have terrible anxiety and are going for the trip of a life time so see both of our favourite Harry Potter themed locations and activities, Harry Potter has been our saviour during challenging times which is why we want to go! 

we are going to use this trip to face our anxiety fears, get out of our comfort zone, experience new, confrontational things and meet new people. 

Not going to lie, as a mum I am definitely freaking but I want to prove to my daughter that anxiety doesnt have to keep us living in fear.
