My Travel Story

Hello, I am Shedora West and I've spent the last five years discovering what I want to do with my life. Through my season of exploration I obtained multiple certifications. I've also had countless dead end jobs that brought me nothing but anger and frustation. I now have the opportunity to go to school and teach children English in Spain. This is something I have always wanted to do but circumstances at the time hendered me from accomplishing my goal. 

After years of being in limbo, the Lord to me revealed me that I need to continue my education in Clinical Pschology with a concentration in Child Pschology. Going to Spain will give me hands on experience working with children of different ages and backgrounds, which will lead to a better understanding of children and the way their minds work. Since the minds of children are so complex, the sooner I begin to get firsthand experience with them, the better.

I am not good at asking people for assistance; but, I am moving to Spain this fall. For the first month I am there, I will not have an income. I have to buy two seperate tickets for my required training in two seperate cities. (Madrid and Tenerife). Also, I have the burden of finding my own apartment. Futhermore, I am trying to raise $2,000 to cover my expenses for that first month.
