My Travel Story

Ten years ago I had a dream to go abroad to teach English as a Second Language. I received my ESL teaching certificate then and then time passed. Now is the time to do this. I'll be teaching for five days in a school they place me in, while experiencing the culture by staying at a homestay with a family in Costa Rica and learning about the culture. I will be on a nine day trip exploring the area while also teaching for five days of those nine days.

I'm only asking for assistance with the program fee and application fee. I will not be getting paid to teach; this will be a service from me to the community. Consider your donation a birthday gift (August birthday). My trip will take place at the end of February 2025. Thank you for considering.
