My Diving Bucket List
My Travel Story
The fun starts with Bikini Atoll, Marshall Islands – one of UNESCO's World Heritage Sites, famous for lending its name to a much loved type of swimsuit and a diving program that is limited to only 11 visitors per week.
Next stop is Sipadan Island, off the east coast of Malaysian Borneo. Some people call it the world's best dive site and, if you're lucky enough, you might get a chance to say hi to a leopard shark while casually floating around.
The Bismarck Sea, Papua New Guinea, also known as underwater photographer's paradise, is the next stop. It is home to up to five times as many marine species as the Caribbean and one can dive there all year round.
After snapping some fabulous pics of the Papua New Guinea marine life, the journey takes us to the Maldives where, near the reefs, one can see manta and eagle rays, and a variety of sharks, including whale sharks.
The adventure comes full circle with Rangiroa, French Polynesia where dives are sure to be action-packed, giving you a chance to observe sharks which remain motionless, due to strong currents at the entrance to the Tiputa Pass.
Any amount you can donate is welcome, as it brings me one step closer to a diving experience of a lifetime!
