My name is Philip, and I live in Kenya. In 2001, my brother Douglas left for Dallas, Texas, seeking better opportunities. Since that day, I have not seen him in person. Life took us in different directions, and as the years passed, the possibility of reuniting seemed to fade further into the distance.

Douglas and I shared a close bond growing up, supporting each other through thick and thin. His departure left a void in my life, one that phone calls and letters could never truly fill. The pain of our separation has only grown with time, and every year that goes by without seeing him feels like an eternity.

Now, after over two decades apart, I have an opportunity to travel to Dallas and see my brother again. However, the cost of the journey is beyond my means. I am reaching out to you, kind-hearted people, to help make this long-awaited reunion possible.
