Seeing the world is great. But seeing the world while you're helping people learn a useful language and improve their lives is an indescribable privilege. After almost ten years of teaching English, I can honestly say that it never gets old and always gets better. This is the best job I've ever had.

The truth is, you have to love it because while it is rewarding in spirit and experience, it is not in any way financially rewarding.

I have a job offer in Thailand and I want to continue doing something meaningful but relocating is a huge expense. Airfare has to be return for Thai visas, I have to get my own accommodation for the first month...it's daunting but I've never been able to do anything I loved this much before.

Your support will help cover my travel, visa, and basic living costs while I get started teaching full-time in Thailand. It’s a simple goal, but it makes a real difference — both for my students and for me as I keep learning right alongside them.

  • Me And My Friends In Thailand

    Me and my friends in Thailand
    My last trip to Thailand, a tourist with CVs to hand out lol, I visited the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary. Spectacular and safe home for some of the greatest animals on the planet. Once I'm there again to teach, I'll be volunteering there in my free time.
