Hallo! Thanks for checking out my page! 
I am very excited to be able to share my goals and plans for my foreign exchange. I have been planning this for months now and have only told my few trusted friends! This year in college, I have learned the value of asking for help when I need it. Well, friends, I need help!
I am foreign exchanging with the European Business School in a village near Frankfurt, Germany this fall! I am excited about this because I am the first person in my family to, first of all, be in college, and second, to travel. I am so fascinated with different cultures and traveling as much as I can. I know that traveling will make me a more cultured person and allow me to better my career. I chose Germany because the school is renowned, the culture is different, and the architecture is truly amazing.
I am breaking a cycle of foster care and addiction by doing what I am doing, and I am excited for this next chapter! I am asking for help with airfare, which totals around $1,200. Thank you so much!

    Role Model
    Let's show my little brother what he can do! Richard came from the same place I did. I strive to show him what he can do despite his past. I want to be a role model to show him that he can travel and dream SO BIG that people doubt, but that doesn't matter. I'm going big places with the help of many people, and so will he :-)

  • Let Me Tell You A Story

    Hello! I have started this campaign a week ago now. I will catch you up to this amazing adventure as well as tell you about my struggle, human to human. Firstly, I am going to Germany! YAY! I have never been out of the country besides volunteering. I have a hunger for travel and knowledge. I have been this way for as long as I can remember. I have also been extremely independent. Having been in foster care and being the mother in my younger brother’s life, my independence developed. I am excited to put my hunger for travel and knowledge and independence to use with foreign exchange. I pay for everything by myself- at 18 I aged out of foster care and have worked and earned everything I have. I am asking for help in my amazing journey so I can continue to prove people wrong, and live my underdog story. Thanks for reading!
