My person has always been charazterized for my interest in the arts and my reflections about it, for creating, and creating with passion, with effort. I know the world of art and design is not an easy one, but I have never intended in leading an easy life, and I am up for the challenge. 

 

This January, I won an international scholarship competition hosted by IED (Istituto Europeo di Design) school of design to study an undergraduate degree in Product Design at the IED Campus in Madrid, Spain, for a total of 4 years. Only 24 scholarships were given for the aprox. 27 countries participating, so I feel really proud of myself, for puting so much effort, love and dedication in my applicaton art pieces, and being able to win. 

My dream is to dedicate my life to stage production for theater and film, and contribute to the arts with the design skills that I will acquire abroad. I chose to study abroad because I think such experience gives you an international mindset and understanding  of foreign cultures, tolerance, respect and reflective thinking that is specially useful for creative professions, because our contribution to the world is creating works in which cultures and people can see themselver represented, and strive to be better, or stay as great, as their depicted version. 

Im my family it's only me and my mom, whom has always supported me in achieving my goals. We have already calculated the costs, and can cover the most of it; however, we still need to cover the amount of money that we need to buy our plane tickets and the rent of the first days in Madrid until I get setteld in there. 

This is where I kindly ask for your support. I think I can be a living statement for my community that, when you truly work for something and know how to look for the supoort you need, almost anything is possible. With your help, I will be able to cover the amount I still need to get to Madrid, and start the jurned of becoming that living statement.
