My Travel Story

Hi, please be heard by my story. I am 24yo Chinese Indonesian that have experienced of studying in Singapore which is a country with law and justice. Back to my own country, Indonesia, it's so different. Maybe some of you may not trust what i am gonna say, but its truth. Lets start of with my situation. Honestly, currently i am being locked up. I been here for over 3 months. What crime did I commit? They charged me with assault. But trust me, it wasnt like this. That night I went to a night club with my cousin and her boyfriend. We had our drinks, pretty tipsy and we finally made our move to head back home at about 2.30am. I was already in my car, while the two of them walking towards their car at the parking space. Out of a sudden, there was a black sedan car that drove really fast at the parking space and almost crash onto my cousin and her boyfriend. That driver horned at them and came down. There was an argument between them which resulted in a pushing game. At this moment i wasnt aware as i was in my car, started it and about to head out of the parking area. Thats when I saw a car that stop in the middle of the road and i realize that my cousin and her bf was in a crowd fighting, it wasnt only the driver that involved. As my relative was in it, i had to save her, thus i rushed down and started to fight in order to save them. But right after the fight, i did try to make peace with the driver telling him "hey let's stop, there is no need for this" and i offered him a brofist which he did answer back with one too. At this moment he was alright, able to walk around and talk and even drive. However, at 11am I was arrested at home. Turns out, the driver was a politician leader. He eventually fake a news that framed us. Why did I say that? That night he was in there drinking too, yet on the news he said he wasn't drinking, he just happened to saw a couple fighting and wanted to help to solve the issue. My cousin and her boyfriend was seen clearly by the cctv that they were holding hand, walking towards their car. Anyways, as he was a politician, he managed to get his connections to hang us with a heavy sentence. It wasnt a serious fight or anything like that, yet my sentence maximum 9 years. Please help me out guys, I wanna go home. I aint from a rich family. The car i had was on installment and it been sold. I didnt mean to find trouble, i just wanted to save my cousin. Yet without power and money in Indonesia, I really cant save myself. I need a lawyer, that we can trust to save the 3 of us. We can definitely get the "free" lawyer from the police department, but again, can we really bet our youths on it? When we get caught, we (my cousin boyfriend and me) were strap down and beaten up so badly that my face swollen and I was really shocked to the point that I kept having memories lost for that 4 days. Maybe you have the last question on if I really in locked up, how can I be able to upload this? In Indonesia lock up, the guards are making business here, we can rent a phone for a day and stuff like that. I am in a country with 'law and justice' depends on how much money and power you have. I need to get ourself a lawyer, i still have a long way for my youth and my future. That's a picture of myself after beaten up by the authority. Please get me home.
