International Volunteer HQ offers a variety of Sports volunteer opportunities that help foster a healthy, active lifestyle for those living in under-resourced communities. Each program is unique to the location and ranges from Sports Education and Development to Surf, Skate and Swim Outreach where volunteers will be placed in a community center, a local school or an after-school facility.

By volunteering in sports, I will play a critical role in teaching youth and teens the importance of a healthy and balanced lifestyle, while building skills in teamwork and sportsmanship.I will be volunteering at an elementary schools in Quito, working with students to teach new skills and games, practice existing ones and further improve their fitness and coordination. They will also be able to develop their teamwork, communication and sportsmanship skills. As a Physical Education volunteer I will be able to share my love of sports with students.
