Teaching children about god  You relate to them the principles in it, and tell them how to apply those principles in their lives. For example, one of the most famous principles in the Bible is the ‘Golden Rule’. (Matthew 7:12) You could tell them that if you want people to treat you nicely, you must treat others nicely to begin with, and in return (more than likely) it will reciprocate. Another brief example is that of the principle that one will reap what they sow. (Galatians 6:7) You can relate to them if you do good things, you will acquire good results/rewards. If you do bad things, you will acquire negative consequences.
