This would be our 1st trip After the pandemic, planned for November 2023 Thanksgiving, flights where canceled 4 times in a row since then every time we scheduled a reservation in a hotel or car rental it was canceled, the last time they canceled our flight was less than 24hrs so we got charged by the hotel and car rental the day of our trip, that unable us from getting the extra money to get a new hotel room, car rental and this pushed us over March for high charges for the spring break overpriced hotel rooms. If the company canceled flights they can just rescheduled, but if we canceled we get charge big, by the company, hotel and car. This made almost impossible to go to the places we needed to visit on a extreme tight budget After all the cancelations. If you have been through this and can relate to this unfair charges please help us out, thank you so very much.
