My Travel Story
People all over the world are striving to make their life goals a reality. Now, at 25 years old, I have been given the chance to make this happen. I was recently accepted onto a Masters programme at one of the world’s Top 50 universities: The University of Manchester!!
However, living in Mexico puts me at a financial disadvantage, which could prevent me from taking up this incredible opportunity. The money I have saved up through working simply does not translate into GBP, and the cost of tuition in the UK presents me with a huge challenge. I am not asking for the whole tuition fee but for a little part that will help a lot. I am appealing for help to be able to further my education and fulfil my desire to continue helping others. I consider this campaign an opportunity to “pay it forward”, and I am committed to using this chance to make the world a better place. Anything you can donate will be a significant help and I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
Finally, there is one more reason for this that I would like to tell you. My soulmate is British and lives in the UK. We met when she was studying in my city in 2015 and we have overcome many obstacles to be together. I now want to take the step to start building my life with her in Manchester. We believe that love should not be detained by any kind of borders, money or nationalities because love is the strongest force we have.
For all the people who have believed in me, my family, my friends and colleagues, the love of my life, and the prestigious University of Manchester, I can not let money prevent me from taking this opportunity. If you also believe in me, please help me fund my studies!
