Help Me Bring Joy and Learning to Children in South Africa!
This year, I have been given a life-changing opportunity to volunteer with the Holiday Club project in Table View, South Africa through International Volunteer HQ (IVHQ) and I need your support to get there!

For two weeks, I will be working hands-on with local children during their school break, organizing fun, educational, and creative activities that support their personal growth and well-being. From arts and sports to basic life skills, our goal is to create a safe, joyful space that keeps kids engaged, inspired, and cared for while schools are closed.

Why This Matters to Me
I am deeply passionate about youth empowerment, education, and community service. Volunteering with children isn’t just a cause - it’s a calling. This project allows me to combine my passion with action, serving a community that will shape me as much as I hope to impact it.

As someone pursuing a career partially focused on social impact and community development, this experience will not only deepen my understanding of global challenges but also equip me with real-world skills and cross-cultural insight that textbooks alone can't teach.

Why South Africa?
South Africa is a country rich in culture, history, and resilience but many children still face economic hardship, limited resources, and lack of access to educational support outside school. By choosing to volunteer in Table View, I hope to contribute to grassroots efforts making a tangible difference in the lives of young people.
