Getting help will help me a lot as i dont have anyone to take care of me so this will improve my health and be able to take care of me and my kids as I have to of them and they really looking uo to me. 
I will love to open my own business as im gifted with so many skills i cannot find funding this donations will assist me and also be able to buy medication as it is not cheap
