This experience will help my career because I want to be a pediatrician and the opportunity to volunteer in a hospital at the age of 18 will make a huge impact on my future. By being able to help the community down there but using my knowledge and understanding to make a difference in their community is a change I want to make. I chose Costa Rica because I am going to school at Uottawa and my Health Science program is taking the trip to Costa Rica and this is my fundraiser to go.
