My Travel Story

Brenya is entering her 4th & final year of marching for the Northview Marching Knights- She's a Senior & what a journey it has been!

We moved to Putnam County the summer before her Freshman year and she wanted to continue school in Clay County @ Northview and participate in their Marching Band. To drive her to and from Brazil every single day for school and through the summer for practices was the best decision we ever made.

Participating as a member of the Northview Marching Band has taught both her and our family what true dedication it takes to be a State Qualifying each year (Class B Runner Up last year!!) Brenya has learned that hard work is worth it. Whether it be practicing through the hottest heat on the asphalt or marching in a boot with a foot fracture during practices she has learned that work ethic pays off!

In January of 2024 she has the opportunity to fly to California with other NMK band members to experience the West Coast. Flying into Los Angeles, visiting Disney Land, performing at Universal, and visiting Santa Monica. What a memorable trip this could be for her Senior year! Brenya has been working part time and investing in this trip each month but would like to ask for help to reach her goal!
