My Travel Story

Studying abroad in Spain is the first and one of the most important steps towards my future. As an International (Global) Business major at the University of South Florida, it is mandatory for me to study abroad. I decided on Spain because I am from South Florida where Spanish is a very common language. Becoming fluent in Spanish would be extremely beneficial in a future career in South Florida. It has always been a dream of mine to study abroad and visit Spain. Doing both while taking courses directly geared towards my major and concentration is the most amazing thing I could ever imagine doing. Studying abroad in Spain could even potetionally lead to a future career and/or internship! So much about my future is unknown, but what I do know is I would love nothing more than to learn about Spain's culture, traditions, and history, all while taking one step towards my future. Although studying abroad is a dream of mine, it is also mandatory per my major. Because of this requirement, I am financially responsible for the entire cost of the trip, which is not cheap. I have created this campaign to ask for your help! Any amount is appreciated and you are under no obligation to contribute. The entire trip is extremely expensive and in order for me to pursue this major and this travel experience towards my future, I have to raise enough money to go. Thank you for any future generosity and for taking the time to read and share my campaign!

  • Half Way There!

Over the course of this past semester, I have worked two jobs, received extremely generous donations, and have gathered all my holiday money. I have officially reached the half-way mark for my trip! I have a little over four months left to raise the rest and I just want to thank all of you who have kindly donated to my trip. I cannot express my gratitude enough!
