Living in a van and saving marine life
My Travel Story
Hello,
I am currently studying marine biology at a university in the UK. I am on track for a first and loving my studies. When I finish my studies I aim to go straight to New Zealand, buy a van (cheapest lifestyle) and live in it for the next few years as I find a job in the marine sector. Being able to do this will rocket me forward in my career and give me the skills and knowledge to hopefully continue to pursue marine biology and conservation.
I hope to be able to leave university and head straight off, maybe with one year of work post university depening on finances and if I can hold down my job whilst at university COVID depending.
Having saved after college and worked for years to get out for a few months to indonesia I was able to see just how much impact on a community someone working in this sector can have, and hope to do this for the rest of my life!
Any money I recieve from your support with help me in ways unimaginable to you, unlocking my dream to work for the marine life in New Zealand, furthering my knowledge, helping conservation efforts and in the long run I hope to travel around the work doing conservation work and eventually end up back in the UK at the top of my field working in marine cetacean (Whales and dolphins) conservation.
Thank you so much for taking the time reading this and I really hope you ocnsider donating and helping me fulfil my life long goal and ickstarting my career.
