I am a 23 yr old full time single mother to an autistic 3 yr old. My mother has been abusive my entire life and even more so now that I have a child. She has detached me from friends and family. Isolated me from resources and opportunities leaving me with the inability to acquire a job, get a license/car, go to school or do anything that would help me be self sufficient. My mother only provides for me and my child under the contingency I submit to her complete control. I have been subjected to mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, verbal and financial abuse my entire life. I have finally said enough is enough because my daughter deserves better and so do I. Because of that she is now giving me and my child "30 days to figure it out". We are at immediate risk for homelessness and need resources to escape this volatile environment and to transition into safe shelter
