This will improve my knowledge and give me good work experience. It will also help improve my confidence as a Trainee Chef.
When I come back to South Africa, I will open my own kitchen offering cooking lessons. 
I'm very passionate about promoting healthy eating lifestyle. The intention is to educate about food and reduce food related deceases. Dubai is the best for Calinary skills and the variety of cuisine's. They attract a lot of tourist from all over the world. There are plenty job opportunities on various sectors.
What makes this meaningful is the purpose of promoting healthy eating for everyone.
If there is one thing I can do to reduce food related deceases, this is it.
