My Dearest Readers,




I would like to humbly invite you to consider putting forth a generous contribution towards my journey abroad. I have made the decision to move from Toronto, Canada across the Atlantic Ocean to London, England in hopes of finding my happiness again. However there is much more to this trip than personal pleasure. I have embarked on a journey of self discovery and perseverance. I will be taking on new roles and positions in life that are fairly different from my typical career path. Taking on a new educational venture to increase my professional development. This fundraiser has been made in order to help me afford the expenses I will stumble upon as I pay for accommodation, travel, food, courses/certifications and essential supplies as I transition into my new home.




I’ve spent a large chunk of my savings to make this journey possible and now I am reaching out to friends, family and even caring strangers whom appreciate my perseverance in building a better life for myself. I spent many years of my life being told and treated as if I wouldn’t amount to anything in life. I am taking this journey to prove everyone who doubted me wrong.




I will be working 5 days a week during my relocation and studying Law as a full-time student.




Some of the expenses I need help with is a phone & data plan in order to communicate and complete all my online task for my schooling. I will need help paying to convert all my certifications and licences over, not to mention having to pay to redo UK versions of licenses in which cannot be transferred. I will also need help settling into my new home which may include some minimal purchases of basic furnitures and essential living supplies such as cutleries. Note: Monies are represented in CAD but are that of a British GBP valuation. The Canadian currency is the relevant amount in pounds.
