My Travel Story

Hi! I am trying to raise money so that I can spend a year aborad at Boston College, helping to advance my degree in History, Politics and International Relations. I have wanted to study in America for a number of years but it has never been a real opportunity because of the difficulty in money and timing but I thought if not now then maybe never. My degree in HPIR has been centred around the politics of the US, especially in the 1950s-1990s and how the country has changed and how it could have evolved. The trials and tribulations that come from living in a country that has many opinions and influence on the rest of the world. I am hoping to use the year abroad to not only become more comprehensive in my degree and to pursue my hope of a career in journalism but me as a person. Being the oldest of four and in a big family, I am looking forward to discovering myself out of that area.
