I'm not really seen as important in my community. I'm just a normal girl with two parents living in a lower-middle class society. I go to school just like everyone else, do my homework, go to church, and play with my cat. But I wanna do a little more than that, you know, leave my mark here a bit. I'm sure many others would like to do the same, but either can't or won't. But I will. I wanna learn about culture worldwide and what it means to love in another country, unlike my own. How are they different? What do they see? Many will tell me to just look at screen and see what other famous person has already done but, no. No, I want to see it myself, I want to experience it myself. And I want to write about. God, do I want to write about it. And I know I shouldn't call upon our Lord in vain but, maybe he'll hear me and send me an answer. I don't know really know what I'm doing here, and I don't think anyone else does, either. I can't go to someone for answers and act like they know my every move, thought, and action. Because they don't. I have to figure that out myself. And I want you to help me.




The video I've attached is my beloved workplace area, VOX ATL. A special place where teens across Atlanta can express their feelings and artistic aspirations towards their choice of audience. I currently work their as an Intern, writing new stories everyday as new things occur in our neighborhood. Please, check us out and read our work.
