Hi!

My name is Sarah and my daughter is Kira. We will both be traveling to Seoul, South Korea next year! The funds raised here will help with a number of things: airfare, Kira's passport, her continuing education at an international high school, and dance and singing lessons for her.

For me - I will be working as an English language teacher, and I am so excited to help guide young people in their studies. I love helping people learn about new cultures and languages, because I also enjoy doing the same! I've learned so much about South Korea, starting with K-pop and other K-content, and expanding out from there. I hope to be the kind of teacher who can make a difference in my students' lives, through compassion, understanding, and kindness.

For Kira - she has discovered a passion for the performing arts, particularly dancing and singing. She wants to pursue it as a potential career and has been working hard to learn everything she can. We know South Korea, and Seoul specifically, is a leader of the entertainment industry, so she wants to come with me in order to learn from some of the best there is. Her dad and I want to give the opportunity to do this, as well as her learning about other countries and cultures first hand!
