Hi my name is Adrienne and I am a single mom of 4 I am raising a campaign for my 5 year old daughter she was born with a rare disease called biliary atresia that caused her to have liver failure and they told me she wouldn't make it past 6 months but thank God she is 5 now and has had her liver transplant but I had lost my job due to her constant stay in the hospital the one place she said she wanted to go was Disneyland so I would like to surprise her and her siblings for a day of fun I appreciate anything thank you!
