My Travel Story

Dumaguete City is named “The City of Gentle People“ and it is known as The Best Place to Retire in the Philippines.
Dumaguete is the capital city of the province of Negros Oriental, Philippines.
Dumaguete is a university city, with four large universities and a number of other colleges.
But mainly, Dumaguete is where the love of my life is. He is a Dumagueteño. And I am from Lima, Peru.
The economic situation in Peru has worsened due to the terrorist actions of the fundamentalist group "Sendero Luminoso" ("Shining Path" in English). I had invested in a thriving farm business but my business was destroyed by terrorists and I was left in debt.
That is the reason why I come to the understanding of all of you through this crowdfunding to be able to travel to the Philippines from Peru (12,606 miles / 18,677 km distance) and not disappoint my beloved.
