Hi, my name is Foivos, and I’m reaching out because I’m in a difficult and urgent situation. For a long time now, I’ve been struggling to breathe properly due to a severe problem with my nose, after a freak taekwondo accident when I was a teenager. It’s gotten so bad that even when I’m resting, I feel like I’m suffocating. I can’t sleep properly, I wake up gasping for air, and some days I’m so dizzy and tired that I can hardly get through the day. Every day feels like I’m fighting for air — even simple things like walking or talking leave me breathless and exhausted. I’m scared not just of the surgery, but of what might happen if I can’t get it soon. I just want to live without feeling like I’m constantly running out of air.

My doctor told me that I urgently need double nasal surgery to fix the blockage and help me breathe again. Without it, my condition will only get worse. Unfortunately, the cost of the surgery, hospital stay, and recovery care is more than I can afford on my own.

I’m asking for help — not for luxury or comfort, but for something as basic and essential as breathing.
