Our initial project will be located in Kakamrga County, strategically chosen for its proximity to Kakamega Town and the famous Kakamega Forest, good transport links, and the area's natural beauty.

3.2 Project Scope
Phase 1: Construct 10 country homes sitting on 1acre each in a gated community basis.
Phase 2: Expand to adjacent areas on need/oportunity/availabity of Land/space basis.
Each home will include 3bedroom bungalow on own compound with Kitchen garden, manicured grounds. Implementation of sustainable building practices, including rainwater harvesting, solar power, and waste management.




3.3 Project Timeline
Land acquisition and permits: Done. We have already acquired 15Acre parcel of Landready for the project with and oprtunity to expand to 30Acres adjuscent to the property.
Construction phase: 6-12 months
Marketing and sales: 6 months
Funding Allocation:
Land acquisition: ($145,000) Done.
To build 10 affordable country homes in Phase 1 using sustainable and cost-effective building techniques; $350,000
Infrastructure development: $50,000
Marketing and sales: $10,000

We are seeking $555,000 in funding to initiate Phase 1 of the project. This funding will cover Construction costs, permits, marketing, and initial operating expenses.
