My Travel Story

My name is Raven Aldridge, and I am a first year student at Adrian College. Over the years, I have dedicated numerous hours to community service to show my love for our area.

For the past three years, I have been passionate about veterinary medicine and have worked as a vet assistant after passing the state certification exam. I'm completing my academic requirements at Adrian College while also competing on the women’s wrestling team. After Adrian, I plan to apply to Michigan State University to further my education in veterinary medicine.

Additionally, I have a strong interest in marine biology, which leads me to seek an internship opportunity in Sydney, Australia. This experience would allow me to explore the intersection of veterinary medicine and marine life, further expanding my skill set and knowledge. However, fundraising for this internship is essential, as it involves various costs, including travel, accommodation, a passport, and other necessary expenses. I am so appreciative of all donations of any amount. Anything helps in the financial hardships of being a college student.
