Being knowledgable in several languages is an amazing skill that one can have. For me, having the ability to communicate in several languages is key to a future that I wish to be a part of. I intend to become knowledgeable in Korean because, besides the fact that is a beautiful language, it has also grown to be a crucial one. One of the main reasons why I chose to learn languages it to be able to help everyone I meet, change people's lives. I would like to have decent conversations with complete strangers and gain more knowledge about the world, to see a different perspective about life. The reason why I am passionate is that there are 7 billion people on earth, and only being able to communicate with a small fraction of that seems extremely lonely, and being lonely is not one of my strong suits. That is why this topic has become extremely meaningful to me because the experiences that I can have and the knowledge I can gain can enlighten my future in ways that I still don't know, but more specifically, my knowledge can help many people along the way.
