My Travel Story

Dear family and friends

In July 2018 I am going on a wilderness trip to Sweden for two weeks. We will flying into Trondheim, Norway and from there taking a coach to Gaeddede. From there we will be kayaking through a network of inland rivers and lakes, sleep in tents and cook on an open fire. 
In adition to learing outdoor skills and lasting life lessons such as team work, resilience, organisational and planning skills, we will also learn about the indigenous nomadic reindeer herding Sami culture.
This trip means a lot for me as Sweden is a place that I have really wanted to go to and I love to be able to experience the cultures of other people. It would be great if you could help me fund the third of the £3000 cost that I have to fundraise. I already raised 500 pounds through jobs and donations but with your help, I will hopefully manage to raise the total sum.
