Hi! I'm Ben. I'm an actor writer and director born in Sri Lanka and now living in Toronto and I could really use your help!

I recently just graduated university and am looking for ways to expand my knowledge of my art. I reached out to several theater companies in Europe that I've always wanted to work and was offered a two month residency with EXPERI Theater, a theatre company in Zurich, Switzerland! This means that I would spend two months working with the director and actors of the company to develop a new show that we would perform together at the end of my visit. 

This is a huge oppurtunity for me as I have never worked outside of Canada, and as an up and coming artist it would be incredibly beneficial for me to learn from the folks there. The knowledge and experience I would gain would vital to my career and pesonal growth. I've been performing since I was 6 years old. I've never wanted to do anything else, it's my one real passion in this life, and going on this journey would be an incredible oppurtinity for me.

Here's where I need you help:
- Getting there! The flight is very expensive. I already live in an expensive city and am struggling to pay rent every month. 
- Daily spending while I'm there. Zurich is an expensive city, so I would need some help for my daily spending while I'm there.
