Doing the course I will be doing has been a dream to me I have always wanted to study culinary arts and now is my opportunity to do so and I can not let it go to wasted. I have worked really hard to be where I am now. I also want to be a role model to the next generation that will come after me that you should not give up on your dream no matter your background you can always find a way but only if you look deeper. I want to change my background the way I grew up.
