Hi my name is Marlene Moreno! I am raising money so I can participate in a 14 day community service program in Ghana, Africa this summer. I will be volunteering in a small village school tutoring Ghanaian children and work on community-led service projects with an organization called Global Leadership Adventures. This program will give me the opportunity to experience traditional African culture, to learn and discuss important issues facing Ghana's women and children, and overall to become a more globally-aware person. Due to the high cost of the program fee and international travel, I am reaching out to the community to help sponsor me on this life-changing journey. Any donation will help make this possible.
