My Travel Story

by: Ashley Mcbrenna Start Date: Mar 13, 2025 - End Date: Sep 12, 2025
Hi, my name is Ashley, and I’m 10 years old. I’ve always loved watching gymnastics—the way the gymnasts flip, spin, and fly through the air like they have no limits. When I watch them, I close my eyes and imagine that I’m just like them, moving freely, feeling weightless, and full of life.

But I can’t move anymore. I have osteosarcoma, a type of bone cancer, and it’s taken away my ability to walk, run, and even hold myself up. The doctors say I don’t have much time left, but before that time runs out, I have one last wish: to see a real gymnastics competition in the USA.

I want to feel the excitement in the air, hear the crowd cheer, and watch my favorite gymnasts perform right in front of me. Even though I can’t be one of them, for just a little while, I want to feel like I am.

This might be my only chance. Will you help me make it come true? Your support will help me get there, covering travel, medical needs, and everything else to make this dream possible.

If you can donate or even just share my story, it would mean everything to me. Thank you for helping me believe in a little more magic before I have to say goodbye
