I am traveling among other Missouri Western State University nursing and PTA students to India to gain nursing experience and to educate others.The nursing focus for this trip will be assessing health of children who attend the English-medium, Christian school in Puttur in addition to those who live at the orphanage; and providing an evidence-based wound care clinic in collaboration with the Good Shepherd hospital.
