After losing my wine and cigar business of 11 years to Covid,I decided to embark on writing a cookbook. However, due to my business no longer generating much revenue and having to recover from Covid myself.I was not able to afford a trip to research food, wine, and culture.
This opportunity will allow me to rejuvenate, write, and research.
Not to mention, it's been 14 years since my last vacation. I thought I would never be saying these words but I'm a new empty nester as well. My youngest son decided to enlist in the United States Army and was deployed last week.
