My Travel Story

I am convinced that in order for true change to happen we have to become the change we want to see. My one wish for 2021-22 is to see, meet, experience the world in order to understand it and be able to better protect it. I am planning to study environmental law in order to create a green, respectful, sustainable and peaceful society. My project is to go to South America’s underdeveloped parts and help people with eco-sustainable solutions. I am certain this experience of living in a close relationship with nature and witnessing first-hand all the danger it’s facing will just enhance my desire to defend it.

The environmental issue is the most pressing and the one we have the means to do the most about. In my opinion underdeveloped countries have basic necessities to focus on so it is the developed world’s ( those who carry the blame for climate change) duty to help them convert to a sustainable development in order to save the future generations from unfixable problems. Moreover I have been seeing the world from afar in an academic environment and I am now ready to truly experience and understand it. I want to make the most of my time there, and spend at least 4 months there due to the ecological damage produced by the flight that I am well aware of.
