Have you ever wondered about your family heritage?
I have always been intrigued with learning about my family's heritage and visiting where my ancestors came from, and hopefully learning the reasons why they left. I have often thought about how I can provide a jumpstart in my family's life to connect to our heritage. Through years of research, my family has been able to trace our ancestors back to Scotland and Ireland, including specific towns, and even specific land my ancestors owned. Along with my children, I hope to expand on our connection with the land and the culture. I am eager to travel and make a positive impact on the future of my family.

Why Do I Want to Travel?
My interest in traveling abroad was sparked when I was in my teenage years. I had the honor of participating in a People to People Student Embassador program prior to head into high school. I applied and was selected as a student to go to China, including the cities of Bejing, Xian, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. I for approximately three week on that trip. I am now ready to travel again, only this time I have a more personal connection to the land and the heritage.
