I really wish to travel to California for a heart surgery which seems impossible in my country back in Africa. I am pleading on every good-hearted human being to please help me to leave Africa and get to California and do my heart surgery and leave like every other human being on Earth. Life here most especially is expensive and doctors are incompetent we lack infrastructures and most illnesses are above the doctors we have here. I have been suffering with this heart disease since I was 11 years old and now I'm 23 years old. All the drugs I've been taking these while was just the subside the pains I was incurring from the heart pain and it has come to a point that I need a heart surgery in order to maintain my lifespan and health state. There was no other place I could get help from except finding it here in fund my travel. So I'm here today begging any Good Samaritan please help me go through this health surgery please help me fund this trip so I can actually live like any other human being this is my only prayer and I pray God also help those who help me thanks very much.
