Hello. My partner and I have been inspired by the jewelcrafting arts of indiginous artisans in the art of metal smithing and lapidary techniques and as artists we are wanting to explore other cultural techniques from around the world. The goal of observing and studying these skills is to gain the skills to bring these techniques into the modern age. Using the knowledge to continue creating artistic pieces inspired by age old technique and created in the modern world.

Keeping these skills alive and passing them on to the next generation is paramount so that they will not be lost as time moves forward and we hope to explore modern techniques to bring the artistry and beauty in modern times.
