My Travel Story

We are two friends who live on scottish islands, both heading to university in years 2024 and 2025. Being on an island makes travelling a lot more difficult with either large expense or a full days travel just to get to mainland airports. With university coming up, were desperate for a chance to get to experience new cultures, expand our skillset, and learn about ourselves and each other. 
Fiona is going to study zoology at the university of glasgow, and Jojo is hoping to stduy English at the university of Glasgow. This trip will help us in my future education and career as we will learn more about travel, which we hope to do through work, time managment, confidence, problem solving, communication, planning and independence are all skills that are essential and willl be gained on the trip, and will help with future employment. 
This experience is important because as islanders, travel always has been and always will be more difficult, and we would love this experience to help grow our confidence and experience before university and stepping in to indepedence :)
