I am enrolling in Japan because I have realised that japan has more scholarship opportunities than in my country, my goal is to own a South African Japanese infused restaurant here in South Africa and in Japan, a simple donation means I'm one step closer to getting a great education and career.
Not many people in my community are informed about studying abroad ,also the ones like me who wish to become chefs know that there is a country that takes cooking very seriously so I want to be a prime example that its possible.cooking has always been close to my heart I knew I wanted to be a chef early on in my life but it's hard being in a country where you tell people this is your dream and they laugh,I want to educate them more than anything hence I chose japan because Japanese people cook with passion and it's not  strange to want to become a chef in Japan.
